Tis the season...


...For formals.
Which in American terms is 'Prom.'

Last night, two of my good friends attended a formal for another school.

They looked beautiful. No surprise there. And for some who have asked, my photos are not photoshopped - ever. I work in Lightroom and adjust colour and exposure only. No airbrushing.

Thinking a lot lately about my future. Scary and wonderful, daunting but exciting. Hoping things unfold and i get to where i want to be - wherever that may be.

My heart is drifting.

    A true photographer doesn't need photoshop. So i guess you know what that means...you're a true photographer. With a lot of talent.

    I love the second to last one. Such a perfectly candid shot.
    I feel the exact same as you right now. Nervous for my future, apprehensive to move on, but excited to see what the world has in store for me.
