I've been thinking a lot about success lately.
I strive for it, we all do - in some shape of form. It can be little things or big things.
But what is it, really?
I don't know if it could be defined as a certain income or a particular job but rather a state. Isn't it a feeling? When you know you've done your best, or you are the best at what you do. In my mind, that is success.
Photos tonight: a random array of images picked at a whim. Scattered from different times last year. Just like my brain at the moment. Busy, busy life at the moment trying to fit too many things into one day. But busy is good. Enjoy:
And a quote to leave you with:
"What you are thinking is what you are becoming." - Muhammad Ali
Be positive,
K xx
And not only will you be successful because of your TALENT but just how WISE you are. This made me teary, you are a wonder and deserve happiness.

Busy. Now that's a word I know well. I was chatting to my sister yesterday saying "I'm a little too busy at the moment". You know when you need to say no to a few things? Yep, that's where I'm at. Have a few articles to finish (deadlines looming) and then I'm not taking on any more for a little while. Busy is good, I agree, but not so-busy-I-can't-think. HA! I need all the brain cells I've got! Love the sparkly lips! How cool! Love Kelly xx

ReplyDeleteI love the quote... and GREAT photos, as usual! :)
ReplyDeletei've been thinking a lot about success too, darling, and how can i ever reach it. i hope your days are lovely. :)
ReplyDeletep.s. wonderful photos. i love the last one <3
I think success might be linked to being content with where you are and of course being happy. One could have the fanciest job, but still not be content or happy.
ReplyDeleteDeep thoughts. :)
