"Run," he whispered gently, "you have the whole world at your feet. Be wild. Be free."
Next year, I am no longer in high-school, I am on my own. In the big, wide world. What to do with a power like this?
I want to find myself, through others.
I want to meet new people with stories. I would like to make some sort of change. I would like to spread love and inspiration, all that. I don't want to stay where i am. I need to travel. I need to see the world through my lens - not just my backyard.
I know what I want, but I'm not sure how to get there.
WOW. This took my breath away! Simple beauties you capture Katherine, simple beauties. You need not worry about next year, there is plan for you and it's to do great things. Watch it unfold.

ReplyDeleteEnjoy this new adventure, take it slow and enjoy. Lean on the wisdom of God, He will direct your steps and bring the right people to walk with you on this path.
ReplyDeleteGreat captures.
I would like to be alive when you, like me, are 65. I would like to see what your pictures look like, then. I would like to see what memories you have made for yourself, then. I would like to see what regrets you have - what paths you took and what paths were forsaken.
ReplyDeleteThe secret to living isn't revealed to you until you reach an age when you can look back, over your shoulder, and say to yourself, "I did good."
I hope you keep sharing your thoughts and your photos, wherever you end up.:)
ReplyDeleteThis really made my day :)
ReplyDeleteWhat an inspirational post, Katherine! It took my breath away. :) I echo what Leona said: you need not worry about next year. There is so much possibility, so many ways you could spend your time. Just wait, and soon enough, you'll see the path you are to take. :)

Life willl come at you when you least expect it.
ReplyDeleteI really adore your expectations and ideas. You don't get many people your age who look ahead with such desire for life, such frivolity and with that little spice of wisdom.
You'll get somewhere ;)
